What an unphogettable experience, I'll never forget how terrible this place is. Came when it first opened a few years ago, terrible then, and no better now. Did an online order and half of it was missing.
I asked if this was everything when I came.to pick up and was told yes order for Nicholas.
Got home to find half the order missing. Called the store to let them know, and they said they don't know how to refund and to come back if i wanted the rest of my order.
Got there to find out they weren't giving me my food but a cash refund. When I asked where the food was the guy at the counter just kept saying take money.
Then on top of everything when he finally realized I was expecting my food I didn't get, he told me take money I gave you more food?
I paid extra money for more meat and more noodles, which i did not get.
He told me its ok because he gave me more food, and when I said I paid for more food it wasn't a gift, he said you take money.
Its been two bad experiences and nothing good. Go to pho brothers down the street, way better service

The food was just okay. The description offered a Sunnyside egg. The egg was overcooked, hard, rubbery and almost inedible. The rice was supposed to be white but appeared yellow in some places. My guess was from the cooking oil from the egg.

great costumer service and very yummy food and I've never had to complain. Restaurant feels very welcoming and friendly which makes me want to eat there more often.
